Technical and navigational data: Anonymized IP addresses, device identifiers, browser engine type, operating system, display resolution, accessed URLs, referring sites, and session timestamps collected to optimize infrastructure performance and maintain cybersecurity standards.
03Purposes of data processing
Responding to inquiries, scheduling on-site venue technical surveys, developing initial 3D design concepts, and compiling commercial cost estimations (quotations).
Verifying corporate credentials required for issuing formal Work Agreements (Surat Perjanjian Kerja / SPK), Purchase Orders, and legal fabrication/assembly contracts.
Maintaining coordinated communication throughout the project lifecycle: pre-production engineering, in-house Tangerang workshop fabrication, logistical transport, on-site installation, and dismantling.
Complying with statutory administrative, corporate tax filing, and statutory audit obligations under Indonesian jurisdiction.
We emphasize that PT. Livindo Artha Gracia never sells, leases, trades, or disseminates your personal data to third parties for external marketing purposes.

This website integrates selective multimedia elements from trusted technology providers, including YouTube video players (deployed using privacy-enhanced mode / youtube-nocookie) for project showreel showcases, and open-source OpenFreeMap interactive map services based on OpenStreetMap data to display our corporate workshop location in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
These third-party platforms may collect baseline technical data (such as IP addresses and browser user-agents) when interactive elements load, governed strictly by their respective corporate privacy policies.
Local Storage and essential cookies are utilized strictly to retain client-side interface state, such as language selection (ID/EN) and aesthetic display toggles, free of cross-site tracking mechanisms.
